1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of SignForge365 ("the Service"), operated by Madcat. By signing up or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
SignForge365 deploys branded email signatures across your Microsoft 365 tenant via an Outlook add-in. We provide the Service "as is" and continue to develop and improve it. Features may change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & admin authority
You must be authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity in your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, or deceptive content in signatures.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- No use that interferes with or degrades the Service for other customers.
5. Fees & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6. Customer content
You retain all rights to logos, templates, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach, non-payment, or risk to other customers, with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Madcat is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
